Chennai: The Indian National Highway Authority has established a three-member committee consisting of experts from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy, National Transportation Planning and Research Center, Thiruvananthapuram, and an independent expert to analyze the reason for an accident on a construction flyover in Madurai who claim the life of a guest worker.
