Nhai issued a notice to acquire land for the construction of the outer ring road

Times News Network Kanpur: Indian National Highways Authority (NHAI) has issued a notification to acquire land for the outermost ring road 93-km Kanpur Nagar.

In the first phase, the notification has been spent to acquire land to build a bypass for 22.5 km between Mandhana and Sachendi.
Land will be obtained from 79 Kanpur Dehat Village and Nagar Regency District Head.
In accordance with the procedure, district judges will immediately nominate officers as a determined authority who will issue a notification to ban the sale of land to be obtained by the government.
The district government felt the need to build an outer ring road to control congestion on the road.
Ring Road, to start from Mandhana (located on GT Road) will pass Sachendi and connect with the Kanpur-Etawah highway.
Switch to Crowbanpur from this point, it will cross the Kanpur-Sagar highway and Jalan Raya Kanpur-Prayagraj in Ruma.
From Ruma, the ring road will turn to Kanpur-Lucknow Highway and then pass Atta in Unnao District and peak in Mandhana.
The project director, said Pankaj Mishra, “The ring road will be built in four phases.
The first phase will reduce the traffic pressure on the streets of the city because of Mandhana the road to Agriculture University Chandra Shekhar Azad connects Lucknow Highway”.
When the first phase will connect the Kanpur-etawah highway, traffic for Lucknow and Prasagraj will be transferred to the other side, Mishra said.
Land acquisition notifications for the first phase have been issued and notifications for land acquisition for the remaining three phases will soon be issued, he said.
Overall, land from 271 villages will be obtained for the ring road, he added.
Villages that will be influenced by land acquisition in the first phase are from Mandhana to Sachendi Inkanpur Dayat, Bagwat, Malikpur, Makrandpur Banta, Todarpur, Typical Pratappur, Dhikia, Baghpur, Anne, Rasatpur, Fattepur, Hridayapur, Pratappur, Bara Khera, Singhpur , Divani, RanjeeTpur, Bhaupur, Kharagpur Bithoor, Chakradharpur, Basusi and Nihuta.
Villages that will be affected in Kanpur Nagar Regency are Kharagpur, Chakratanpur, Tikra, Ritepur, Surar, Tul, Bhul, Naktu, Bhisi, Jargaon Bhauti, Pratappur, Sujanpur, Dharmangpur, Katra Ghanshyam, Bharar, Pakri, Sachendi (Dalelpi, Sachendi (One and two), Halpura, Kurmikhera, Choheypur, Pakkhan, etc.
