Gurgaon: National Health Mission (NHM) employees in Haryana stated they’ll move to a state-wide protest against June 1 because their requirements about payment of wages and security loopholes stay unheard.
The stir will soon be completed in stages, they stated.
At a state-level assembly of all of the employees, such as contractual physicians, auxiliary midwife nurses, medical practitioners and ambulance drivers, both the union leaders voiced their displeasure over”deafening silence of this authorities” within their ongoing demands for all their wages and security net.
“We’re frontline employees.
We demand our fundamental worker rights be fulfilled.
Our colleagues are becoming infected with the virus at an alarming pace.
We’ve got no medical care.
We don’t receive any supply for different remains,” said country president of NHM Karmachari Sangh Rehan Raza.
From the protest, the employees will organise a one time occasion to pay tribute to many workers, who perished because of Covid.
“The employees will maintain Yagna in each of the 22 districts and have a pledge to struggle for their rights and make sure that their own families get reimbursement,” said Raza.
In stage 2 in June 2 to June 7, the employees will hold meetings outside hospitals and health care facilities.
The employees will protest outside offices and houses of BJP leaders, including MLAs, also BJP party officials to submit a memorandum to the CM along with the PM.
At the next stage — from June 8 to June 14 –, the NHM employees will start pol khol (expose the authorities ) campaign.
In this, the employees will emphasize the”deficiencies” of this authorities rather than only tackling the Covid catastrophe but also the”hypocrisy” connected by using their [administration ] claims.
“If of non-action during those periods, we’ll suspend work for 2 days.
We’ll observe self-isolation times on June 22 and June 23,” said Hari Raj, district president of the NHM Karmachari Sangh.
Workers demanded the authorities cover them beneath cashless medical insurance strategy, guarantee them of medical assistance, special remaining agreements and self-isolation facilities.
