Patna: The train has decided to switch routes at least six special passenger trains and departure scheduling from seven other special passenger trains because of non-interlocking (NI) modeling work and pages that will be conducted between Moradabad and Shahjahanpur stations that fall under the North Railway Jurisdiction (NR) from July 24 to 28.
This special passenger train is mostly from or passes ecr jurisdiction.
Public Relations Officers ECR (CPRO) Rajesh Kumar said special passengers Lalgarh-Dibrugarh (05910) will be transferred to the route Lucknow Gaziabad-Kanpurnow from July 24 to 27, while Jammu Tawi-Bhagalpur Special passengers (05098) will be transferred.
For the route Saharanpur-Gaziabad-Kanpur Central-Lucknow on July 27.
Similarly, New Delhi-Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express Special (02504) will be transferred to Gaziabad-Kanpur Central-Lucknow Route during this period, while the Special Passenger Vihar Danapur (03257/03258) will run on the route Lucknow-Kanpur Central-Ghaziabad.
In addition, the departure of some special pairs of passenger trains originating from ecr or other zone train jurisdictions will be rescheduled to facilitate NI and page modeling work.
Special passenger Jammu-Kolkata (03152) will leave Jammu Tawi about 180 minutes on July 24 on the way to Kolkata, while it will leave Kolkata about 120 minutes late on July 26.
Meanwhile, Railways had canceled a special passenger for Tilak-Jaynagar (01061/01062) on Thursday and Saturday as a landslide that had occurred in the Kasara-Kalyan section in the Mumbai division from the West train on Wednesday.
