SRINAGAR: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday arrested two more men from J & K Sopore because of their alleged involvement in the case of a terror conspiracy.
With this arrest, the amount of accusations held so far reached 27.
issued a statement, Nia identified the duo captured as Rashid Muzaffar Gananae and Nasir Mir, both the residents of Sopore.
This case is related to the conspiracy to launch terror attacks – both physically and in cyberspace – in J & K and other major cities in the country, including New Delhi, by Kader LASKHAR-E-TAIBA, HIZB-U-MOHAMMED, HIZB – Mujahidin, Al Badr and other similar terror clothes, said statement.
Nia has registered a case in this case on October 10 this year.
Introduction investigations have revealed that the defendant who was arrested was a terrorist colleague / worker overground from various terror organizations and had provided logistical and material support to terrorists, the statement added.
