Nia caught Maoist supporters from Tamil Nadu

Vellore: Residents of Vellore District in Tamil Nadu were arrested by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to participate in the CPI weapons training camp (Maois) in Kerala and support Maoist activists.
The man who was arrested was identified as R Ragavendran aka Vinod Kumar aka Ravi Murukesh, 32.
Police Edakkara in Malappuram, Kerala, registered a case in 2017 against several people on charges of holding weapons training camps, CPI flags (Maoist) and celebrating the formation day in September 2016 in the forest of ninambur.
The police also ordered them because they spoiled anti-national activities that threatened Indian unity, integrity and security.
Nia took over the case on August 20 this year.
So far, nine people have been arrested in this case.
