Lucknow: Nia on Tuesday submitted a Chargesheet in the Lucknow Special Court against retirees Signalman Army Saurabh Sharma and Godhra Resident Anas Jacob Giteli in the case of espionage.
Nia said Sharma shared sensitive information – including the spread of forces, location and power canceled – with the body of Spy Pakistan content and got money from Giteli.
Both have been charged in official secret laws and UPA.
Sharma is also related to women’s intelligence operations in Pakistan.
Nia claims the contents of hatching conspiracies to get confidential information by luring arlogies through women’s operations.
