Mumbai: Bombay High Court on Monday extended until September 24, temporary medical guarantee given to P Varavara Rao, 81, was accused of the case of Parishad Elgar 2018.
The guarantee given for six months had ended in 5.
The National Investigation Agency (Nia) Opposing his request for extensions that said the medical report he quoted no main illness.
Nia, in a written statement, said, “The medical report submitted by Rao did not reveal any large disease that required treatment in Hyderabad, and did not form land for the extension.” Nia says every modification with the conditions charged directly will destroy the basis in which the court has passed the order.
HC will continue to hear the problem on September 25, due to lack of time on Monday.
