Noida: Noida authority on Wednesday allocates two plots measuring 50,625 square meters under the IT / Ites scheme.
While 34,275 square meters in Sector 62 allocated to Adani Enterprises Limited, 16,350 SQM has gone to MAQ India Private Limited.
The plot is in sector 145.
According to officials, investment around RS 2,650 Crore is expected from allotment and upcoming projects will create employment opportunities for 3,850 people.
Noida authorities are expected to get more income than Rs 137 Crore from the unit.
The Adani Group data center project will be worth around Rs 2,400 Crore and created jobs for around 1,350 people, officials said.
“Noida authorities are expected to generate more income than Rs 103 Crore from allotment,” said an official.
MAQ India is likely to invest RS 250 Crore in the IT project and create around 2,500 jobs.
“Authority is expected to get an income of Rs 33.90 Crore,” added the official.
Previously, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (Gnida) had released a 20-hectare auction in the Park 5 area to the Hiranandani Group to establish the largest 200MW data center in the country with an investment worth Rs 6,700 Crore.
It has also allocated six acres to Japanese companies, NTT, at TechZone 4 for a 70 MW data center with an investment of RS 1,000 Crore.
