Nightingale Florence of the Armed Forces to Get Services Varieties and Dignity

Written by news2in

New Delhi: All Military Nursing Services (MNS) Armed Forces are ready to regain several parity services with other regular army personnel, in terms of rankings and dignity even when they continue to wear cream-colored uniforms, the highest level defense committee has recommended in the report submitted to Supreme Court.
Women with lights, or nighting florence from Indian soldiers, seem to have won the battle for their dignity and pride after conducting a battle that frustrated in SC for the past six years, which is more characterized by delays than significant hearing.
SC on March 29, 2017 directed three heads of service to consider complaints of MNS personnel who accused discrimination at least 13 reasons including the termination of weapons training, uniform changes (from military green to the Byge Safari suits), stripping the stars and flags of vehicles and instructions Verbal for regular army personnel to stop paying for MNS officers, among others.
Based on orders, the Ministry of Defense has formed a large committee of senior defense personnel led by LT Ghuman, who recommends that the MNS be accepted as part of the regular army and revoked the MNS procedure in 1943 along with the 1944 MNS rules.
Also recommend that MNS cadres can provide weapons training as a means of self-defense.
However, it rejected their requests for their uniform changes from Beige Safari’s suit back to the green olive military uniform.
Other complaints about regular army cadres who did not respect even high ranking MNS officers were also resolved by MNS by the committee.
But, it refused the request of MNS officers to assign ‘friends’ like a regular army officer.
After considering the recommendation, Chairman of the Head of the Staff Committee approved several recommendations for the Ghuman Committee report, modifying several others and rejected several.
Like the recommendation to make it a part of the regular forces, COSK said, “Making a part of the MNS from separate MNS actions will reduce complaints perceived because it also provides the rights of services provided in the arm of the army.” However, COSC canceled the recommendation of the Ghuman Committee to provide arms training to MNS cadres for self-defense purposes when they worked in the field of battles and areas affected by greed to treat injured soldiers.
COSC said, “Weapons training for MNS officers is not recommended because they are not authorized (handle) weapons.” In important benefits for retired MNS personnel, COSC agreed that they must be treated as ex-servicemen and benefit.
However, at the request of MNS officers for parity in rankings with regular army officers, COSC was recommended, “there is no equivalent of ranking between regular army officers and different MNS officers and cadres.” Complaints from MNS officers that the Junior ranking officer of the regular forces did not respect them remaining half resolved.
COSC recommends publishing orders immediately to pay respect to JCO / ORS to MNS officers but postponed decisions “about paying respect by Junior Officers / Regular Officers for Senior MNS rank.” The MNS officer will not be entitled to a ‘friend’ like a regular army officer, COSC said.
