Kolkata: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Tuesday submitted a cost sheet against two people accused of the Nimtita Blast case where the effort was made in the lives of former Bengal Bengal Minister Bengal Hossain.
Judge Special Court Jira Kumar Sadhu allows prayers from the Investigation Agency to conduct further investigations into the explosion that occurred at the Nimtita train station in Murshidabad Regency on February 17.
The final content sheet was submitted before Sahidul Islam and Abu who were accused of Samad in the 180-day legal period, said Nia Counsel Shyamal Ghosh.
Both were accused of being in court detention, it has been demanded below in section 307 (efforts to murder), 326 (voluntarily causes sad pain by weapons or dangerous facilities, including explosives) and 120B (criminal conspiracy) IPC and parts from IPC and UPA and explosive laws.
Nia was submitted before the court that an improvised explosive device (IED) was used in Hossain’s life efforts.
Hossain, then a Labor State Minister in West Bengal, was injured with 20 others when I was exploded when he entered the Nimtita station compound to take the train to Kolkata on February 17.
Nia has taken over the investigation of cases from West Bengal Cid in the first week of March.
