Gorakhpur: Police Gorakhnath, Crime branch and the SWAT team on Thursday night arrested by nine robbers between countries including a woman near Springar Chauraha under the boundaries of the Gorakhpur police station at Gorakhpur.
Police recover cash worth 11,000, PAN cards, two stolen motorbikes, stalled guns, cartridges, iron stems, sticks and axes from their police.
“After getting a tip-off about the robber gang, the police carry out areas near the main gate of VIV Bahadur Singh women’s female devices in Springar Tiraha and arrest them,” said SP (City) Sonam Kumar.
According to the report, around 5am on July 2, the gang grabbed the gold chain in the Gorakhnath area.
Then, on the same day, they robbed Rs 1.5 lakh from a businessman in the Sumeragar area.
“They used to live in rented houses and hotels and make plans for bank robbery.
The gang leader is Mohd Hasan.
The robbers were used to visit several states and districts in the group, and after carrying out the loot at night, they used to move to another place “SP told reporters on Friday.
Those who were arrested were identified as Akash Malik West Bengal, Alameen Shiekh West Bengal, Sohag Munshi from New Delhi, Raheem Quraishi from Aligarh, Mohd Hasan from Aligarh, Mohd Shahid from Aligarh, Hayat Khan from Ghaziabad and Nasima Begum from Bihar.
Raheem Quraishi desired below 692 (robbery), 411 (dishonestly accepted the stolen property) IPC at the Gorakhnath police station.
Sohag Munshi, Akash Malik, Dholu Malik and Nasima Begum desired under the 420 section (fraud), 394 (voluntarily caused injured in carrying out robbery) and 411 IPC at the Gorakhnath police station.
Alameen Sheikh, Hayat, Mohd Hasan and Shahid desired below 579 (theft) and 411 from the IPC at the Pipiganj Police Station.
Mohd Hasan was desirable under the Act Act section at the Gorakhnath Police Station, all dedicated desired under 399 (making preparations for carrying out Dakoitas) and 402 (assembly for the purpose of conducting the IPC dacoity) at the Gorakhnath Police Station.
