Nirbhaya case lawyer to take the death of the trader

Kanpur: Panel Five Supporters, including Seema Samridhi Kushwaha, who oppose the Nirbhaya case and currently fighting with a 19-year-old Hathras rape victim, will now fight the City Entrepreneurs of Manish Gupta who died of alleged torture by the police during a hotel in a hotel in Gorakhpur September 27.
On Thursday, Kushwaha along with two junior advocates reached Barra Manish’s residence and looked for details about the incident from his relatives, including his Meenakshi and other family members.

Meenakshi told Tii that to get justice for her husband, the five supporters panel including Kushwaha will fight the case.

If I have struggled alone, maybe an effort will be made to influence this case.
Now, guilty police will not be able to succeed in their evil plans and will not be able to influence the panel,” he added.
Advocate Kushwaha reached Manish’s house with two junior colleagues around 19:45 on Thursday.
He spoke with Meenakshi and underwent the entire incident from the beginning to about 17 pages, he took details every minute of the entire incident.
During this time, he was also told by Meenakshi about her husband’s last call from the hotel to Durgesh his nephew on the evening the incident happened.
At the same time, advocates also took the recording of CCTV cameras, a copy of the post-mortem report, the hospital details where Manish was taken and the hospital from Manish’s death certificate was issued.
Kushwaha also asked Meenakshi about what time they learned about the incident.

He collects details in connection with manish items that have not been found such as bracelets, rings, chains and cash, etc.
At the same time, he asked about eyewitness statements from the incident, their presence and the story.
Kushwaha told reporters that they tried to ascertain whether the main minister only made oral recommendations for the CBI investigation or also sent a sanction letter to the Ministry concerned.
He said, “Advocates KK Shukla has submitted a pill for the CBI investigation at the Supreme Court and he is our colleague’s lawyer.
After the police submitted a cost sheet, I will sign the ‘Valatnama’ and submit it in court.” He further said that after a list of cases, The hearing date will be provided.
He also said that he had tweeted the main Minister of Yogi Adyityath from Twitter’s handle on October 18.
“I asked you to order CBI questions into the manish murder case.
The department by the officer Manish was killed; an investigation by the same department contrary to natural justice,” he said in his tweet.
