NIRF Rank: Fourth Cu Among the University

Kolkata: The National or NIRF institutional framework published by the education Minister Union Dharmendra Pradhan said on Thursday to see the University of Calcutta and the University of Jadavpur among the 10 best universities and St Xavier’s College and RKM Vidyamandira among the 10 best universities in India.

Last year, Ju was ranked fifth and Cu seventh.

University of Jadavpur is a little left behind.

IIT Kharagpur is ranked fifth among engineering colleges.
Among law schools, Nujs was ranked fourth and Iit Kharagpur’s Law School Fifth.
“Our international publications, success in the civil service test and attendance at the Supreme Court and the High Court have contributed to this,” said Nujs V-C Nirmal Kanti Chakraborty.
In the study, IIT Kharagpur was ranked fifth, JU 17, CU 33rd, Iiser Kolkata 34, the 41st and Imiest contents came 48th.
Overall, IIT Kharagpur ranks sixth, Cu 11th, Ju 14, Iiser 35th, IIS 46th, Nit Durgapur 71st and Viscava-Bharati 97.
