Nit Board Okays 1 to 4 times climbing at a cost

Nagpur: When Government Institutions offer a variety of relaxation to people and commercial companies to overcome the impact of Pandemi-19 Pandemi, Nagpur Improvement Improvement (NIT) The Supervisory Council has raised the accusation of 2-4 times and also has a high premium for user change.
In a meeting held on Monday, the NIT board led by the Chairman of Manoj Kumar Suryawanshi doubled the allegations for mutations from RS1,000 to the existing RS2,000.
The RS1,000 fee was decided on October 21, 2000.
Previously, 0.4% of the total selling sales value was restored.
Mutations are carried out to renew change / transfer of ownership in the records of the city survey department.
There is no fee for registration or flat updates or stores built on the nit plot.
Now, RS1,100 must be paid by the owner of each flat or shop.
The first registration fee for plots that measure up to 999sqft has been reduced from RS650 to RS600.
On the other hand, the cost for plots between 1,000 metersqft and more than 10,000 sqft sizes are repaired at the previous RS650.
Now, it has increased – RS1.200 for 1,000 to 4,999 SQFT plot, for the size of the plot between 5,000-9,999 sqft will RS1,800 and RS2.400 for more than 10,000 SqfT areas.
Similarly, the cost for plot updates of all sizes is RS1,100.
The same has been revised and will be RS2.200 for plots between 1,000 and 4,999 sqft, RS3.300 for 5,000-9,999 areas of SQFT and RS4,400 for more than 10,000 sqft.
For plots in a weaker economic section (EWS) and the layout of Hudco, the accusation has been reduced by RS25-RS50.
In contrast to NIT’s decision, Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) has provided a discount of 5-10% in property tax and also does not raise water rates to provide assistance to the people.
The NIT board quotes the state government notices, issued on November 19, 2018, to repair high premiums for user changes (conversion from industries to housing and commercial).
The government has a fixed premium of 15% of the value of Ready Reckoner for conversion from the industry to housing and 20% for commercial.
The Board decided to collect a 15% premium and 2% rent for changes in users of agriculture to housing / commercial / industry.
Similarly, a 15% premium and 2% land rent for conversion from housing to commercial / industrial.
However, there will be no accusations if they reduce users, especially from commercial and industrial / agriculture.
The Board also decided to issue regularization letters, sanction development plans and approve other applications that were delayed from the owner of the plot that had paid allegations to NMC.
The owner of the plot has paid allegations to NMC, but when the government has returned the NIT authority to regulate, the institution has demanded the cost of the owner again.
With this decision, the application of more than 500 owners plots, delayed over the past five months, will be deleted now.
Considering the request from Wali Achief – West Nagpur Mla Vikas Thakre, Sanjay Bangale, Prakash Bhoyar and Sandeep ITkelwar, the Board decided to approve the application after searching for a copy of the accusation of receiving paid from NMC.
Instead of demanding costs collected by NMC, the NIT board decided to adjust the amount, almost RS125 Crore, later.
