Nagpur: In the main tough to the plot holder, the Nagpur Repair Board (NIT) has extended the deadline for land payment for three months.
The Board also decided to bring all the layout of the Guntthewari under Nit.
According to the rules, land holders should pay land rent on May 31 every year.
There are around 80,000 plot holders and only around 22,000 have paid rent on the date.
Relaxation has come as a pause for plot holders, many of which face the financial crisis due to covid-induced locking.
