Nit delays gunthewari 2.0 times 10 months

Nagpur: The difference in repairing Nagpur (NIT) has not implemented Gunthewari 2.0 despite being approved by the State Government 10 months ago.
The Civic Agency delays its implementation for nine months for reasons known by their officials and for the past month reported to want the time of CM Uddhav Thackeray for the inauguration.
This development arises from proposals submitted before the NIT Supervisory Board.
One proposal is to approve the procedure for regularization of unauthorized plots and others for the implementation of a three-time increase on charges.
The council tends to meet in a week.
According to the proposal, the government issued a notification on March 12 2021 for the implementation of the development of Amendments of Maharashtra Gunthewari (regularization, improvement and control).
Until December 31, 2020 according to the notification.
Previously, the government had allowed regularization of illegal layouts, plots and structures that emerged until January 1, 2001.
At that time, regularization costs RS 56 per sq.ft.
On October 18, 2021, the government increased accusations three times to RS 168 per sq.ft.
“Procedure, notification format that invites the application, an online link to be provided on the NIT website for all online formalities etc.
Ready at the end of November.
The plan will be launched by CM during the state legislative winter session.
But this session was held in Mumbai.
The implementation is delayed.
Again, it is being postponed in the hope that the inauguration will take place during the budget session to be held in the city in February, “said the source of Nit Toi.
Taking awareness, Guardian Minister Nitin Raut said, “I will hold a meeting and ensure the implementation of the scheme as soon as possible People will float within a week.
“Restrictions of one or two city corporations, no one applies a scheme in the state.
Our preparation is over and people will benefit from the scheme immediately,” he said.
President BJP President Pravin Dateke accused that NIT deliberately delayed implementation so that it could recover three fold.
“10-month delay for the implementation of government decisions clearly show interests and conspiracy.
Nit officials must bear the difference between previous costs and existing,” he said.
Corporator Corporator Manoj Sangole said, “Nit increases the burden on the poor and also betrayed them.
More than 1 lakh people tend to benefit from the scheme.
They will get their property regularly at the RS 56 per sq.ft level has nit to implement a plan March or April last year.
Now, they have to pay more than three times that will amount to Lakh.
People build their dream home if they can set up unauthorized plots.
They also qualify for various government schemes, getting certificates for children Children, loans, mortgages etc.
A large number of people conduct nit and NMC rounds for implementation.
