Patna: Head of Bihar Minister Nitish Kumar on Monday stopped media reports that talked about cracks in Janata Dal (United), and confirmed that everything was fine in his party.
The media section claims that the National President JD (U) Rajiv Ranjan Singh aka Lalan and his predecessor RCP Singh, who resigned after induction in the Union cabinet, has emerged as a rival power center.
Kumar, who is the leader of the party de facto, said “Sabhi Log Jut Hain” (all of them are united), while answering journalist questions that caught his attention on several RCP Singh poster where the image of the lalans did not exist and speculation was triggered in the resurrection.
He showed that after holding the position of the national president himself for some time, “I expressed the desire to continue the coat to RCP Singh a few months ago.
But he then wants to be released from the party post after his hand becomes full of cabinet ministers at the center”.
“The name Lalan, who is our old colleague and has been with us since the Samata Party Day, supported by all recent national executive meetings,” Kumar claimed.
In particular, besides RCP Singh, Lalan is also considered one of the top competitors for a cabinet bed from the JD quota (U).
Asked about the party’s strategy in the upcoming assembly election in several countries, including the important thing in Uttar Pradesh, Kumar said, “We have been looking for feedback from our units in America where polls.
Based on the situation, we will make a decision whether to sew the alliance or Go alone.
“To another query in the Covid-19 situation in the state, Kumar reaffirmed that his government was committed to inoculation” six crore people “at the end of the year, but added that he wanted a high level of testing to prevent the spread of the disease.
“I have given instructions regardless of a sharp decline in the level of prospitis, our test level must be as high as two samples of lakh per day.
This, combined with vaccination, will help us effectively fight a pandemic,” said the minister’s chief.
The Patna High Court recently frowned at a decrease in the level of testing in the state where the number of cases in a day has been dipped below 100 as against 15,000 recorded when the two pandemic waves are at its peak.
