NMC paid RS73CR to OCW 2 years ago, a proposal for an agreement that was amended now

Nagpur: Administration Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) which is bound by cash should release a penalty imposed on the Orange City Water Private Water Operator (OCW) and pay increased costs from the 24×7 water supply project only after an amended agreement.
Toi on January 31, 2020, has reported that NMC has begun to pay increased costs and returns penalties even before signing an amended agreement.
NMC Paying RS73 Crore from RS93 Crore was taken from OCW as a penalty and towards increased costs between November 2019 and June 2020.
Now, the NMC Public Health Engineering Department has submitted a proposal before approval has changed designs to be executed between NMC, vehicle specific destination environmental services Nagpur Limited (NESL) and OCW.
The Mayor of Dayashankar Tiwari has held GB on December 31, the first physical meeting after a long range.
GB meetings are likely to be windy because of irregularities.
NMC, NESL and OCW have signed an agreement to implement 24×7 water supply projects, operate and maintain water works in 2011.
In accordance with the agreement, the NMC should collect a fine on the OCW to violate the condition and ensure the project resolution with these costs from RS387.86 Crore in Five years, starting from March 1, 2011.
NMC has collected an RS41 crore sentence on OCW between March 1, 2012, and March 31, 2012, for poor service, delays in the completion of 24×7 water supply projects, failure to point expatriates (experts in outside water country) etc.
OCW failed to complete the project on March 1, 2017.
Thus, the work costs were run until March 31, 2018, increased by RS52 Crore.
Despite the strong opposition and losing more than RS374 Crore, GB in March 2019 approved a one-time settlement (OTS) scheme for OCW where the civil body was accepted to release a penalty and pay increased costs, an extension of 18 months performance performance and extension of parameters starting March 1 2017, until March 1, 2022.
For the implementation of OTS, NMC and NESL should execute the agreement amended by OCW.
Another major proposal before the general body will change the reservation at Sprawling 217.66 hectares located in Mouza Bhamti, Jaitala and Shivangaon from Mihan to Housing.
Corporator Pressurhe Gudadhe said, “MADC has released 217.66 hectares of land from the acquisition for Mihan in 2017.
But the process of changing reservations has begun now.
More than 1,500 housing buildings and a large number of open plots will be arranged with this decision,” he said.
After agreement from GB, NMC will issue public notifications that invite advice and objections, followed by hearing and sending them for the approval of the state government.
Greatness – NMC, NESL and OCW signed an agreement to carry out the 24×7 water supply project, operate and maintain water work in 2011 – NMC should collect an OCW to violate the condition and ensure NMC penalty penalty.
From RS41 Crore between March 1, 2012, and March 31, 2018 – OCW failed to complete the project on March 1, 2017.
Costs increased by RS52 Crore – Although the opposition and strong loss of RS374 Crore, GB in March 2019 was approved once a finance of the scheme for OCW – NMC is accepted to release a penalty and pay increased costs – for the implementation of OTS, NMC and NESL should implement the agreement amended by OCW
