New Delhi: When the situation in Afghanistan continues to be uncertain, the Ministry of Home Uni said that no national life Afghanistan in India will be asked to leave the country without his consent, according to officials.

If the visa expansion above September 30, the national foreign relevant can submit an extension on the E-FRRRO online platform with a payment base that will be considered by FRRRO with feasibility in accordance with the VISA manual provisions.
According to visa rules, Afghan citizens must get themselves and their family members are registered within 14 days of their arrival with the local police, except those who were released from him.
Some Afghan citizens, feel threatened or faced fear of persecution in the hands of the Taliban, have expressed their desire to live in India.
After the takeover of the Taliban Afghanistan, MHA has announced the introduction of a new visa category called an emergency X-MISC visa for Afghan citizens.
The ministry has also announced that all Afghan citizens must further travel to India only on e-visas given the situation that applies in Afghanistan.
