BHOPAL: A Madhya Pradesh HC division bench has revealed a taxpayer not even wearing a mask or even not celebrating social distancing or lockdown protocols shouldn’t be exposed to corporal punishment from the authorities.
The bench, including Chief Justice Mohammad Rafiq and Justice Atul Sreedharan, known to their previous conclusion in a case where the court had stated the identical thing also added that policemen must rather advise individuals by sensitising them regarding the requirement to trace Covid protocol.
