Sam d’Souza, whose name has appeared in connection with the allegations around the drug-on-cruise case, on Monday claimed that he was told by the NCB witness KP Gosavi that there was no drug found in the ownership of Arya Khan, the son of Bollywood Superstar Shah Rukh Khan, during the attack last month.
He also claimed that NCB officials were not corrupt like Gosavi and Prabhakar Sail, an independent witness, called by telephone by saving the name NCB Mumbai Chief Sameer Wankade on their cellphones to pretend as if he was in contact with them.
Last month, Sail had claimed that he had heard Gosavi who discussed the RS 25 Crore agreement with one Sam D’Souza by telephone in connection with the drug case in question RS 8 Crore for NCB Mumbai Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede.
