No, fabric mask is not your armor against Covid

You are already two years old dealing with Coronavirus which mutates dynamically and at this time you have to know that the cloth mask you bought from the nearest department store will not protect you from Covid-19 infection, no matter how light or serious variant.
The World Health Organization (WHO) suggests the use of masks as part of a comprehensive prevention and control package to limit the spread of Covid-19 inducing Coronavirus.
In its guidelines, it was issued in December 2020, which had notified that the mask, even when used correctly, was not enough to provide adequate protection or source control.
But, masks when combined with the right habit of sanitization can help keep the virus in the bay.
There are various types of masks in current use, as precautions against Covid-19.
The U.S.
The center for controlling and prevention of disease (CDC) has categorized masks in the following types: Fabric masks are fabric masks made with cotton or synthetic fabrics; Surgical masks or distinguished are those with 3 layers; The KN95 respirator or mask is a non-medical mask of four or five curved design layers.
“The fabric mask is intended to trap the respiratory droplets that are released when the maxter talks, coughing or sneezing.
It also acts as a barrier to protect the wearer from droplets released by others.
The most effective fabric mask is made of several layers.
Strict woven fabrics like cotton.
With the layer it will stop more droplets from passing your mask or escaping from it, “experts at the Mayo Clinic, the US said.
CDC just says the fabric mask that has a nose cable, and is made of fabric that blocks light when holding on to bright light sources can be effective against Covid.
It is difficult to ascertain whether the masks sold in nearby stores to comply with international standards and violations in mask efficiency will not only make you danger but will also be a serious risk for others.
In accordance with the American Industry Hygienic Industry Conference, a charity scientific organization, someone without a mask can be infected within 15 minutes if he is within 6 feet of an infected person who is also without a mask.
It adds that, in such a situation if both wear a cloth mask so they avoid viruses only for 27 minutes, whereas if both wear N95 masks or their standard respirators will remain protected from a virus for 2,500 hours.
Their studies further said, if the infected person wears a cloth mask and the other is the N95 mask, the virus cannot reach people who are not infected at least for 2.5 hours.
In India, the state government only decided to implement locking steps during the weekend.
Even though schools, colleges and offices have been ordered to switch to work from home mode, other normal activities will continue until the order further.
In such a scenario, and given the increasing case of Omicron Covid-19 infection, it is recommended to increase your mask.
