No HS Bifurcation Now: Head of the West Bengal Board

Kolkata: Reformation in a higher secondary examination, modeled on the Cisce and CBSE semester system, may not be possible before 2023 or 2024.
The HS Council will try to restore Pen-and-paper inspection mode in 2022.
New Board President, Chiranjib Bhattacharjee Which took over from Mohua Das on Monday, said this after having a one and a half hour meeting was covered with him.
DAS has led the council for eight years.
“Maybe it’s impossible before 2023, 2024,” said Bhattacharjee.
However, he explained that “in the future, the HS Board will also reform inspection mode such as other boards.” Bhattacharjee said, “The publication of the reviews is almost carried out.
Hopefully, the problem will be sorted on August 20.” Das, meanwhile, rejected all of its “deletion” after protesting the results of HS.
Speaking of a new president, he said, “He is well experienced.
Like him from a technical background, so in the future hopefully, he will be able to build strong technical reserves for the council.”
