NO JMC NOD, the contractor said not to put a fiber cable

Jaipur: The Tilak Nagar Board of Mahesh Saini on Tuesday stopped the contractor from putting a fiber cable in the area because of the lack of permits needed from Jaipur Municipal Corporation, which was greater.
In many areas of Tilak Nagar, the road beside has been excavated to put the cable for the internet.

When asked about documents, the contractor said that he had permission documents from 2019 to dig the road.
Saini said, “I was told by someone that the contractor explored the road in the area.
When I asked about permission, he showed me documents from 2019.
I refused to accept it and immediately stopped.
I have asked him to get new permission from the corporation for Exploring the road.
“It’s already a pipe laying job that is happening in the area.
The streets from the middle have been excavated by Phed which only a few days ago began to be repaired by city corporations.
Now, by digging the road for cables is another disorder for residents.
Subhash Rao’s contractor said that because Covid, he could not finish the job.
“I can’t finish this work in 2019 because it is a matter of life and death because of a pandemic.
Now, with the situation becoming normal, we have started working again.
There is no illegality in this case and board members must see a whole perspective too,” said Rao.
