No Kanwar Yatra, Shravan Mela at Jharkhand’s Deoghar this year

The Jharkhand government this year has also held back permission for the Ratha Yatra festival at Jagannath Temple in Ranchi.
The latest order from the Jharkhand Disaster Management Department said, “All indoor and outdoor congregations of more than 50 people are banned in the country including marriage and last ritual-related activities.” In addition, all procession is prohibited in the state …
