Trichy: Member of Sri Lanka Parliament V S Radhakrishnan has rejected the theory of the Liberation of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) tiger raising his head again in his country.
“Every opportunity for the revival of the LTTE in Sri Lanka is far away because the government is rehabilitating Tamil Sri Lanka,” he told reporters in Trichy on Saturday after calling about the National Muslim League (IUML) of India, Mohideen cadres.
“On the other hand, Sri Lanka Tamils did not pay attention to their safety and security under the government led by President Gotapaya Rajapaksa, despite their desire like freedom of movement was not fulfilled.
There was a sense of frustration among people including Sinhala against the government,” he said .
Sri Ngil Tamil MP appreciate the DMK government led by M K Stalin to take back refugee camps as the Tamil Sri Lankan rehabilitation camp and take steps to provide better infrastructure to their people here.
In this case, Radhakrishnan also given the assistance provided by the previous AIDMK government to Sri Layan Tamils returned home.
While insisting of double citizenship for Tamil Sri Lanka refugees in India, Radhakrishnan said refugees in Tamil Nadu were willing to be re-welcome because the SL government would provide all facilities to them.
He described the central government led by BJP as friendly to the Sri Lankan government but that some actions of the Congress Government in India were reasons to suppress the protesters in Sri Lanka during the last war in 2009.
Radhakrishnan said it had chosen bills in the port city supported by China.

Our economy will rise again in a matter of six months,” he said.
