No need for special power to protect judges, court: government

New Delhi: The Center has told the Supreme Court that no need to make special security forces to provide protection to judges and trees, showing that special units or branches must be formed in the State Police.
Opposing pills that are looking for security forces specifically for judicials in the lines of railroad protection strength, the home ministry says for the state government to provide security as ‘public order’ and ‘police’ in their fields and their goals will be served by creating branches in the country The police to provide protection to the judges.

The Government Stand assumes that many significance of many judicial members, especially from subordinate courts, faces threats to life while issuing their duties.

Looking for pill stops, The Center said guidelines for HCS security and district / subordinated courts have been issued by MHA for all Governments of Government / Government UT and police chief in 2007, which provided there must be a special unit / branch in the state police to maintain the security of the judge / court.
It is said that there is no service to have a new mechanism or revision to provide an independent security system that specializes in protecting justice bodies.
