No power sub-station, 8 builders serve notifications

Gurgaon: Residential residents developed by eight developers may face interference with the power supply and temporary prohibition on new connections because the promoters fail to develop the necessary power infrastructure – 33 kilo volts (KV) stations and related infrastructure.
Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) recently issued a notice to all absent, giving them two weeks to take corrective steps to develop the necessary infrars.
Notification states that the facilities for most of 11 kV are setting axes, and developers should arrange infrars for 33 kV in a time-bound manner.
“Submit from your obligations and responsibilities, you have advanced with the sale of plots, flats and stores to have without making adequate provisions for electricity supplies for the project.
We repeat that you are bound by licensing conditions and electrification plans agreed to create external infrastructure in The specified time, “the notice rang.
According to the notification, the cost of developing infrastructure for 33 kV sub-stations will be borne by the developer.
According to DHBVN officials, the developers have raised money to put internal and external infrared from Vendee but still have not started its construction “such behavior is the same as violations of faith that is in accordance with their regulation process to begin their trial,” said a senior official, added that if Developers fail to comply with the notification, Discom power will begin the regulatory process on the builder, seek the cancellation of the license from the DTCP, disconnect the power connection, stop new power connections and also declare the defaulter developer.
Developers who have received notifications from DHBVN include the Oasis Build Homes project in the 88A sector and 89A; Magnum International Company Project in Sector 84; Deepanshu project in sector 86; Garden City Colony Projects in Sector 91 and 92; Sector project 90 Regal Garden; TS sector realtech 85 and 86 projects; Project sector 90 propbuild crown; and sector 83 Landcraft Saphire project.
Recently, DHBVN had stopped issuing a new electrical connection to property owners in the colony developed by 16 builders who had not paid the infrastructure fee for power discussions of Rs 317 Crore.
In October, the Chairman of Manohar Minister Lal Khattar has announced that the state government is framing a policy to provide a permanent electrical connection to the residents of the Colony of Gurgaon private developers who have been rejected by permanent connections because their work is incomplete by their developers.
