Kanpur: a complete three-day examination of Kanpur Metro by Commissioner of Metro Rail Safety (CMRS), ahead of the start of service for the people, concluding on Wednesday.
It is very possible that the certificate does not mind (NOC) to start the Metro service for Kanpur will be submitted to Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation (UPMRC) in the next two days.
Only after NOC from CMR which can be launched by Metro services commercially.
This is because of this reason the inspection that starts on Monday is very important.
CMR Janak Kumar Garg did a track inspection on the first day and station on the second day.
On the third day and last on Wednesday, he traveled on the Metro train and also conducted inspections at the Metro Depot.
The inspection starts around 9 in the morning and concludes after 5 pm.
He made a thorough inspection of the train and depot.
He recorded all the technical and observed running the metro.
On December 28, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will officially launch the Metro service after that people will get the opportunity from December 29 to use Metro services.
PM will be the first passenger of the Metro train here.
He will take the train from Iit-Kanpur and is likely to travel to Geeta Nagar Metro Station.
It’s a distance of about five kilometers.
The Chairman of the Minister of Yogi Adityanath will also accompany the Prime Minister and will travel with him.
All nine metro stations are ready and wear ornamental appearance, attract the attention of city residents, who gather around the station because of being amazed to click on a picture and take a selfie.
In the first phase, the Metro Kanpur will run on the high route of nine kilometers between IIT and Motijheel.
Metro services will be available for people from December 29.
The Metro will run between 6am and 10 nights.
