Gurgaon: 2.5 acre land, adjacent to Gymkhana Club, in Sector 29 has been approved for office with Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) and the City and State Planning Department (DTCP).
This site has been approved by the Head of the HSVP Administrator, which said that the office complex will be built by HSVP.
In a letter to the HSVP Gurgaon administrator, the Head of the City Planner (CTP) said, “Based on the examination of the proposal provided by the Gurgaon Office, four commercial tower sites each measuring around 10 hectares, one Site complex HSVP / DTCP office measuring 2.5 hectares Sites measuring 1.45 hectares for commercial complexes in the 29 sector have been approved by the head of the administrator.
“CTP also requested an administrator to get demarcation and zoning plans from approved sites completed and sent to the office within a week.
The main HSVP administrator has decided that a shared office building for DTCP and HSVP can also accommodate other Haryana government offices and room allotment will be decided by the head office about the recommendation of the HSVP Gurgaon Administrator.
A senior official said the DTCP was being restructured by making the more effective planning and enforcement wings and the number of officials in the city would increase.
Therefore new offices will help in smooth functions.
On July 19, the DTCP office was on the news after being flooded because of the rain, after which the Director of DTCP KM Pandurang said the land would be resolved for the construction of a new office.
