Ranchi: Hemant Cabinet Soren on Wednesday is formally approved by gasoline subsidy schemes for ration card holders who have two-wheeled vehicles, covered in national food security laws or state schemes, which are set to be formally launched from Dumka on Republican Day.
The Cabinet approved the Rs 100.39 Crore from the EXIsign fund to launch a scheme in the fiscal year 2021-22 while the government estimated the financial burden of Rs 901.86 Crore every year.
The Chairperson of the Soren Minister has announced to provide Rs 25 as a subsidy of gasoline at up to 10 liters per month for a ration card holder that has two wheels, registered in the state.
On that day, Soren along with the Minister of Food Department and Civil Equipment Rameshwar Oraon also launched CM supporting the application and web portal (http://jsfss.jarkhand.gov.in) where the BPL card holder can begin registration to find the subsidy that will credited directly to the bank account after verification by verification by district transportation officers (DTO).
