Noida: Gautam Administration of Buddh Nagar Wednesday Attached Flat, Villa and land plots worth RS 344.23 Crore over non-payment contributions by 32 real estate developers, according to official orders.
The property will soon be charged e-auctions to recover the debit of the developer to the government, stating the command issued by additional district judges (finance and income) Vandita Shrivastava.
According to orders, 162 flats, six land plots, five commercial spaces and 28 villas have been attached by the District Administration.
“This property has been attached to non-payment by this builder even though the recovery certificate is issued by Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Rera),” Shrivastava said.
“The estimated value of this property has been placed on RS 344.23 Crore.
This non-moving asset will be auctioned online through the authority of the development of local industries, which permits have been searched from the country,” he added.
Movable assets from 32 builders are located in the Dadri area and aware of tehsils in the district spread in Noida and Greater Noida.
