NOIDA: In planning of this expected third tide of Covid-19, the community health centre (CHC) Bhangel is prepared using a 100-bed L1 Covid facility combined with CHC Bisrakh that is making preparations to get a 40-50 mattress Covid ward together with oxygen concentrators and tanks.
“All trainings are designed to manage the third tide.
Even though District Hospital industry 30 and also Noida Covid Hospital industry 39 are prepared with 100 beds per day for kids and youth under 18 decades, both the primary and community health centers will also be engaged in similar trainings.
Aside from that,” Child PGI industry 30 and Government Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS) Greater Noida also have produced 100 beds prepared for kids,” explained Dr Deepak Ohri primary medical officer GB Nagar.
Even though CHCs and primary health centers (PHCs) have been updated in the district to manage new instances of Covid-19 health officials assert that lessons learnt by the next wave have guaranteed before preparations.
“We’re prepared with a 100 mattress L1 Covid facility combined with 15 oxygen concentrators and a comparable quantity of oxygen tanks.
All these are expected to emerge shortly.
We don’t wish to confront a situation like this which was seen throughout the next wave of Covid 19 through April and May.
Therefore, focus is about maintaining all facilities prepared that can be implemented in a brief note,” explained Yatendra Singh, medical officer responsible for CHC Bhangel.
Though a brand new maternity ward off and child health (MCH) centre is already made operational at CHC Bhangel,” Singh adds that this could be converted into some Covid ward if needed according to case increase.
Much as the next wave of Covid 19 is anticipated around October-November, an identical preparation is underway in CHC Bisrakh.
“Presently the amount of Covid instances are down from the district.
But we don’t let down our guard and could be prepared with a 50 bed center for Covid therapy.
We’ve got oxygen concentrators and cylinders that are further afield up according to necessity,” explained Dr Sachindra Mishra, medical superintendent accountable for CHC and PHC Bisrakh.
For this, the district health department has proposed for approximately 500 bed capacity for kids at government hospitals such as NCH industry 39, District Hospital and Child PGI industry 30, GIMS and CHC and PHCs.
Aside from that, personal Covid hospitals are directed to make sure paediatric care in case of a third tide Covid epidemic.
