Noida: A 26-year-old young man was shot during a dispute for violence between two sides who fight exploded from crackers outside the shop in Gadhi Chaukhandi Village, Noida.
The incident occurred around 10pm on Thursday when the youth was identified as Sunil, Anil and Gopal exploded in front of the Rajve general store.
When Rajveer objected the same, the young men fought with him and began to harass abuse.
They allegedly told him that they would break crackers there themselves and asked him whether the area belonged to his father.
After the fight occurred, the youth went to their home but after some time, they returned with some more supporters.
“Sunil and Gopal returned with their friends Rajkumar, Anil and Rajkumar’s father Shri Prasad.
They gathered and began to explode crackers outside the Rajveer’s house,” said Phase III Sho Vivek Trivedi.
For this, Rajveer left his house and faced the defendant.
Rajve’s sister-in-law, Anju told MediodPersons that when Rajveer objected to exploding charges, they did not listen to it.
“They asked whether the area belonged to their father and began to abuse it.
Because my brother-in-law was nervous, we took him into the house.
My son went to take milk and return because the young men continued to explode and threw a violation.
I asked him not to come out,” he said.
After Rajveer left the house to face them again, the young men allegedly released a violation to him.
This restless rajveer family and vineet nephew and Lokpal’s brother also joined him outside the home.
In an effort to support his uncle, Vineet and Lokpal attacked Sunil, Gopal, Antil, Rajkumar and father’s last father with a stick.
“The youth with Rajkumar’s father was beaten.
This is confusing Rajkumar who brought his licensed gun and was forced to shoot.
While one shot was fired in the air, Rajkumar shot one more that crashed vineet in the lower abdomen,” said Trivedi.
DCP (central noida) Harish Chander said that the fight began to explode from crackers and snowballs into hard skins.
“The young man rushed to Kailash Hospital where he continued to recover.
Rajkumar and Gopal have been arrested,” he said, adding that Shripal, Anil and Sunil still fled.
Cousin Vineet Atul told Tii that he continued to be in critical condition.
A fir it has been filed in the case of fighting Rajkumar, Shripal, Anil and Gopal under the IPC 307 section (effort to murder) and 504 (intentional insults with the intention to trigger violations of peace).
