Noida: The Score of the Sawajwadi Party leader (SP) has been ordered for violations of the 144 CRPC part to protest against the increase in inflation and the violence witnessed in Uttar Pradesh during Pancrayat and the poll block.
The workers were on their way to three Tehsils GB Nagar and the city judge’s office when they were detained and booked for locking violations.
At the Dadri police station, FIR has been filed against eight SP unit noida leaders.
Sector Police 20 have also submitted 32 leaders and local SP unit workers who were arrested before the proposed march.

ACP-2 (Greater Noida) Nitin Singh told the Toi that FIR was submitted since protesters violated the Covid protocol by not maintaining social distance and because they violated restrictions based on the part 144 CRPC which had been implemented in the district.
Protests are part of the SP state protest against the increase in inflation, unemployment and violence witnessing throughout the state during the Pancrayat head poll and blocking.
Shyam Singh Bhati told TII that it was the killing of democracy.
“While BJP is doing demonstrations and events, some workers from opposition can not even gather and protest to increase the true issues of the community,” he said.
Protests witnessed in all three Tehsils of Gbnagar including Dadri, conscious and speech.
SP Leader Sunil Chaudhary along with several other leaders was arrested and taken to the police line in Surajpur by the Sector 20 of the police.
About 32 leaders including former SP candidates for the position of Noida MLA Sunil Chaudhary have been ordered due to violations of limits under Section 144 and Section 188, 269, 270 and Section 3 of the epidemic law.
“The leaders were brought to the police line from where they were redeemed,” said an officer.
President Gbnagar SP (rural) Reshpal Awana said that BJP uses muscle strength and money in Pancayat and blocks head polls.
“The poor, farmers and people who are unemployed in annoyance in the BJP government.
Poor people are damaged by the increase in gasoline and diesel prices and the government has completely failed to bring controlled inflation,” he said.
In the Chi-4 sector, at Vikas Pradhan’s house – Sister of the SP leader who died Jatan Pradhan, a number of SP workers had gathered but they were detained under the house.
“About 150 workers who have gathered to go to conscious teasts because protests are held under the house,” Krishhan Nagar said, which is also part of the protest.
