Noida: Gnida Enter 12 Tenders Rs 27.86 Crore for Development Work

Greater Noida: The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (Gnida) issued 12 Tenders of Rs 27.86 Crores for construction and development work on Friday.
This includes the work associated with the development of eternal plots, road-related work, led roof signage and cultivation of puppies around Jaitpur commercial sector roads etc.
While working for RCC roads and disposal work allocated to Suthiana Village, Tender also floated for the installation and maintenance of LED roof signage in the Gnida office building.
Along with this, the 24-meter wide internal road coating work will be carried out in the ecotech-1 sector while the road width is 130 meters wide and 60 meters wide of the Acchar T and ITBP rotary point for rotary gail will be strengthened.
Tenders for other works include internal road reporting in the ETA-1 sector along with strengthening SK Road (T Point) to Delta-1 Rotary (near Chowk Labor) and 60 meters wide from Ryan Rotary to Rotary.
In addition, Gnida will also start the development work of 4, 6 and 10 percent of Pocket Plots E and F Ghodi Bachheda Village and Hazratpur Village.
Furthermore, the remaining 6 percent of the eternal plot of rithori village will be completed while under the electricity and maintenance department, pillar work and lost equipment will be carried out in the alpha 1, 2, beta 1, 2, gamma 1, 2 and delta 1,2 and 3 .
“We have issued 12 tenders worth Rs 27.86 crores for the three-year time frame in which these works will begin in the next two months by the contractor appointed after completion of the tender formalities,” said a senior official of the department of gnida project.
