Noida: illegal flat, Shahberi Builder was told to pay 10 percent of the cost for five buyers

Noida: The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Rera) in the State has directed a builder to pay 10 percent of the Flat Costs for five buyers who have invested in property in Shahberi, illegal colonies whose demolition is ordered by the larger development of the Noida industry.
Authority (Gnida) recently.
Rera also asked the developer to pay an additional RS 1.5 lakh to mislead each buyer to investigate illegal property and cause them “mental abuse”.
While looking for budget properties at the RS 20-25 Lakh bracket, the five applicants have bought a flat in Shahberri Village between 2015 and 2017.
Shahberi hit the headlines in July 2018, when two illegal buildings collapsed, killing nine people in total.
Collapse has raised the veil from illegal construction and rampant sales from illegal nature in the area.
Denotivated Shahberi in 2011 and three years later, the High Court issued an order to maintain the status quo.
This means that every construction in the area is illegal and there are no buildings approved by their layout maps by any authority.
However, some developers continued illegal development and began to offer flats at cheaper prices than in the surrounding area.
The Rera’s verdict asked the developer to pay compensation was the first place by the Supervisory Authority on illegal construction in Shahberi.
HS Arora (62) moved with his family from Dehradun to Shahberi after his son Angad got a job in Noida.
Angad bought a flat in the Srishti apartment, a project that floated by Maan property and developer Pvt Ltd.
Families pay Rs 25.7 lakh and get flats listed in their names.
The registry is then called invalid because there is no permission taken from Gnida.
“We have seen a land degree.
It is on behalf of the developer.
The bank is also ready to provide loans on property and some people have taken loans.
There are hundreds of buildings in the village and people living in it.
It never occurred to us that so many buildings can appear Illegally, with banks ready to offer loans without appropriate inspections, “Arora said, who opposed the case of his son and four other buyers.
After hearing this case, the Adjudicating officer Rera, Piyush Chandra Srivastava, directed the developer to pay Rs 2.75 lakh (10% of the flat fee) to Angad as compensation along with an additional Rs 1.5 lakh to cause mental harassment.
Similar orders were given to Arvind Kumar, Jagdeep Singh, Vivek Chaudhary and Nupur Pathak.
Everyone has bought a flat in the Srishti apartment.
The order has re-ignited other buyers.
Some home buyers have transferred different consumer forums but their requests are rejected or not heard.
Appeal Sachin Raghav, for example, is waiting before Rera.
“When the registry has been carried out but dubbed invalid then, the regional consumer dispute of the regulatory commission said the buyer needs to file a civil lawsuit.
We will move the forum again and produce retera orders,” Raghav said.
