Noida installed more than 1 Lakh LED lights, more dark spots for illuminating

Noida: Noida Authority has installed more than 1 lakh (1,15,472) street lights led throughout the city and is in the process of identifying more dark spots.
A total of 83,554 street lights have been installed in urban areas and 18,965 in rural areas of the city.
The industrial area contributes 12,953 LED street lights.
A total of 76,499 led street lights were installed by Tata Projects Ltd and 26,020 lights were obtained by the authority of the Limited Energy Efficiency Service (EESL) under the Central Energy Service Company Model (Resco) – which gave consumers from renewable energy sources.
