NOIDA: A 30-year-old man allegedly barged into the home of a 41-year-old feminine artpreneur along with Instagram influencer and supposedly groped her late on Sunday.
The lady — a mother of two has alleged that the accused not just molested her also thrashed her poorly when she listened to exactly the exact same.
According to the lady, the episode pertains to approximately 12am on the night of May 30 and 31 if she noticed the accused identified as Amit Singh Chauhan had entered from the primary gate of her home and was standing close to the doorway of her drawing-room.
The girl told TOI she doesn’t understand the accused, a civil engineerand had seen him see the society about 8-9 pm in a regular basis and select a girl whom he says is his own fiancee from her place.
“I really don’t understand him and had no affiliation .
We’ve been told there is a woman living in a home a few meters far from my home who’s his fiancée whom he selects and falls in the daytime.
Because I’m afflicted by post-Covid symptoms, I was walking.
I moved to my bathtub however once I returnedI discovered that my primary gate was unlatched and the accused has been inside my own premises.
He had been standing close to the gate of my drawing-room once I started shouting since I felt danger.
He was completely drunk and has been attempting to demonstrate something out of his phone.
In another measure, he’d have entered my own drawing room but he pushed.
He tried to irritate me I resisted and since I cried and pushed himhe began thrashing me.
He awakened me and pushed me,” she explained.
The girl alleged that if she cried, the guards on duty during the point came but didn’t do anything to assist her.
“I promptly dialled 100 amount as I, fortunately, I had my cell phone in my hands.
I told the guard to shut the gate so he can be captured on the area however, the guard opened the gate and also let him a simple escape,” she explained.
The girl alleged that when a group of police came, she clarified that the whole episode along with the cops told me if she needed a FIR, she had to go to the police station.
“I called a few of my friends who followed me into the police station and then we gave a criticism.
On the other hand, the cops in Sector 39 police station said that I might need to have a health examination done instantly if I wished to find an FIR lodged.
I advised them I was prepared to have it done.
A physician was conducted in the district hospital, Sector 30,” she explained.
But she stated that actions followed just when she tweeted that a movie in the CCTV footage of this incident on Monday afternoon.
“I received calls from police officers just after I realised that the movie and a few politicians retweeted it,” she explained.
“I had lodged my complaint by going to the police station at the center of the evening but no action was accepted,” she tweeted Police issued a statement asserting that the accused entered the main entrance of this woman’s assumptions upon that, she cried and the accused awakened the girl.
ACP -1 Ankita Sharma stated that although the security guard had said that the girl had a struggle with all the accused several 12 years ago, it was not established and under evaluation.
On the other hand, the girl has denied any fight and insisted she never had any battle or affiliation with the accused.
“I refute this announcement of authorities.
At the Sunday night, once I’d gone into the police station to file an FIR, I must be aware that the PCR employees who reached the place gave the Sector 39 police this comments it had been a parking problem.
This is totally incorrect,” she said adding that authorities hadn’t staged the accused together with appropriate departments for molestation.
When contacted, DCP (women’s security ) Vrinda Shukla stated that although the episode wasn’t in her note, the applicable sections could be inserted according to the girl’s complaint.
Authorities have lodged an FIR under IPC sections 452 (house-trespass later prep for harm, attack or improper restraint.) , 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) and 323 (punishment for voluntarily causing harm ).
The accused Amit Chauhan was detained.
