Noida: Above the Supreme Court’s Guidance, the CEO of the Noida Authority Ritu Maheshwari has held a meeting of all stakeholders on Wednesday to complete a road map to drop SuperTech twin towers at the Emerald Court.
The meeting will be attended by officials from the District Administration, Police, PVVNL discs, Indian Gas Authority Ltd.
(Gail), state pollution control council, explosive controller, Central Building Research Institute (CBRI) and Rwa from the two Zamrud Court and in Greens Village, which It is a neighbor close to the twin towers.
Mobilization of labor and resources for demolition will begin too, with the Supreme Court set a two-week deadline to start.
Preparation of three months, which includes structural analysis, prepares the explosion perimeter and precedes the tower, will follow.
Demolition actually tends to take 10 seconds when it happened in May.
The certificate does not mind (NOCS) has been obtained from most stakeholders.
“We have not received formal orders from the Supreme Court.
However, according to the direction of the oral court, the demolition process will begin in two weeks from Monday.
For this, I have mentioned meeting all stakeholders to speed up the process.
We will arrange an action plan from the meeting so that the process take off, “Maheshwari said.
Maheshwari said the planned demolition action had been submitted to the Supreme Court by Supertech.
“The plan is talking about a total of 6 months needed for the demolition process.
From that, three and a half months will be taken to prepare for the demolition and the rest for site permission,” Maheshwari said.
From the contract date for demolition with Mumbai-based edifice engineering signed last month in the third week, the twin towers will be destroyed in the first or second week of May and the site is expected to be released in early August.
The Supreme Court has ordered the demolition of the twin towers, ruled them built in violation of the law.
It has set a three-month time limit for demolition, which ended on 30 November last year.
“For today’s meeting, we have called all departments from who the NOC is needed.
Representatives from Edifice will also be present,” said Ishtiyak Ahmed, General Manager (Planning) Noida Authority.
According to Ahmed, some questions remain like precautions to be taken for gas pipes in the green belt adjacent to the twin towers, which are about 3 meters below the ground.
The twin towers must be reduced using the method of ‘waterfall implications’ where they will collapse in the perimeter specified in the stack, one building follows the other.
Apex (100 meters) will follow the ceyane (97 meters) to the ground.
Experts will overcome the points where the detonator will be placed.
All elements broke like windows, doors, electrical connections and any elements that can be saved will be removed first.
Storage for explosives that will be brought for demolition must also be decided.
“More details will be discussed at meetings where and how to place inert material, how long the explosives will be charged a fee, which will be responsible for the push button, the process of evacuation before it and evacuation fingers.
All of this will be discussed Threadbare,” said The official.
Structural analysis post-demolition will also be carried out.
“This will determine whether there is damage to any area or building around it.
The addition of insurance for damage to every neighboring structure or building will be borne by Supertech and the agency that will do the demolition process according to the agreement between them,” Ahmed said.
