NOIDA: State-backed building firm NBCC on Monday offered 20 of 49 apartments from other jobs of Amrapali via its site — www.nbccindia.com.
Buyers needed to fill out a shape and there have been provisions for housing too.
NBCC has a entire inventory of approximately 5,000 apartments in Amrapali jobs.
Even though 10 of those 11 apartments which were set up for sale in Sapphire II at Sector 45 were marketed on the internet, just three of 23 apartments at Zodiac at Sector 120 were selected up.
Another endeavors where apartments were set on the market were Sapphire I at Sector 45, Platinum at Sector 119, Silicon City I and II at Sector 76 and also Noida Fantasy Valley Villa at Techzone IV of Greater Noida.
NBCC officials stated they’d competed 2,060 apartments up to now, including 618 units in Noida’s Eden Park and Castle at Greater Noida.
