Noida: Even as a public and private school has started preparations to implement the direction of the state government to start classes for grade 9-12 students from August 16 in two batches under the Covid protocol, parents are many unhappy.
Parents say that considering the prediction of the third wave of Covid, the government’s decision to reopen the school is not a wise step and must be revoked until children are vaccinated.

Whatever the learning needed is happening through online classes,” he said.
Another parents whose daughter’s studies at the Amity International School said that schools should not be reopened when students are too young to keep social distance norms carefully for about four hours.
“Also, it will be difficult for school authorities to maintain daily sanitization.
School is a public place where students from various locations come to study,” he said.
However, Renu Singh, the Director of the Amity International School, Noida, ensured that adequate steps had been taken to ensure the safety of students and staff.
“We get the school building with sanitation and all other Covid -19 protocols that are expected.
We are awaiting approval from parents to send their wards to school.
