Noida Planning a Twin Towers Drone Survey

Noida: Drone surveys will be made to collect measurements and data on twin towers in the Supertech Emerald Court whose demolition has been ordered by the Supreme Court.
Private agencies employed by Noida authorities will conduct surveys from all projects, but focus on the apex tower and ceyane, which must be dropped in three months.
Officials say the findings of air surveys will be matched with notes and building maps available with authority.
Digital data will also be shared with the Central Building Research Institute in Roorkee, which the Supreme Court’s assistance has requested Noida to drop the tower.
“Authority officials contacted us around a week ago and told us about the need to carry out a survey.
We have coordinated with them to ensure exercises are done smoothly,” said Rajesh Rana, President of the Welfare Association of the Emerald Court.
The expert team has visited the project twice this week.
According to officials, drones will not only capture the layout of the entire project aerabel, but also record twin towers from all sides of the ground to the top floor.
After data from all vital parameters has been collected, 3D project modeling will be made.
“It will be very difficult to get high and precise measurements of the building manually.
A total of 32 floors have been built separately from the basement.
We must check their respective conditions and each floor.
Structural audit will be needed before the demolition occurs.
Also, the amount Scaffolding, wooden boards, and other ingredients that have been used need to be accessed.
Using drones to do all this is far more comfortable, “said an authority official.
The survey findings will also be distributed with a special investigation team that investigates – because the APEX court has observed – collusion of authority officials and developers.
Sitting four members was established after the 31st sequence of the APEX court to investigate collusion in allowing the construction of twin towers and improving responsibility.
The battle of the law against Twin Towers was contested by Emerald Court Rwa.
The area between two towers, the decline of the building and space for car parking will also be analyzed and arranged with approved building maps.
The survey team, said source, wanted to find out how many areas used to build twin towers.
The Emerald Rwa court has decided to rent a civil engineer for advice on the way ahead.
Engineers will be assigned to coordinate with the authority and agency designated to drop the twin towers.
RWA wants an understanding of the protocol that must be followed to ensure residents’ safety before demolition occurs.
