Noida: A retired senior officer with Indo-Tibetan border police (ITBP) was deceived by almost Rs 3 lakh by a cheater, said the police on Monday.
Crime occurred on December 14, 2021, while FIR was registered at the Beta 2 police station on February 7.

I received a message that three transactions were made from my account -Two each Rs 99,999 and one from RS 97,000,” Pandey said.
