Noida: sanitary workers die after electric shock

Greater Noida: A sanitary worker died of electricity in the larger Achher Noida market after he came into contact with the iron booth which was allegedly built and rented by the local Pradhan.

According to the complaint of the wife of the late Hemlata, the incident was related to Monday when Manoj’s sanitation worker belonging to the Chandaus area from the District of Aligarh, had gone to the market for its routine cleaning work.
“Shekhar Pradhan has built an iron booth and rented it.
The cubicle has an illegal electrical connection.
The booth made him run now and when Manoj came in his contacts, he was electrocuted,” he accused.
Hemlata has accused that her husband’s death is the result of negligence displayed by the Ministry of Electricity and Shekhar Pradhan.
The deceased’s wife has alleged that STAN has an illegal electrical connection and has submitted FIR at the Beta II police station in connection with this case.
Beta II Sho Rameshwar Kumar told the Toi that FIR had been put against the owner of the Shekhar booth under the IPC part 304 A (death due to negligence).
“The negligence in part of the electricity department is an investigation problem,” he said.
