NOIDA: The GB Nagar district administration will hold a special vaccination camp on June 11 for inhabitants of the government women’s shelter home of sector 34.
While the slot for Friday’s camp is 200, it will also vaccinate people recommended from different government departments.
“The Friday’s camp will be held at the Women’s shelter home in sector 34 Noida.
There are a total 152 beneficiaries at the shelter home.
Among them 13 are 45 years and above, while 139 are 18 years and above and under 45 years.
All of them will be vaccinated on Friday,” said Shailendra Bahadur Singh district social welfare officer (DSWO) GB Nagar.
Singh further adds that the camp will also be open for staff and members of other government departments, any needy person or media persons as recommended by the district magistrate and the health department.
Earlier, the district social welfare department has held two camps on June 7 and 8 this week, for the specially abled, transgenders and elders of old age homes in GB Nagar where a total of 420 got jabbed.
