Noida tends to follow the model of the Shared airport for Heliport in Sector 151

Noida: Tender to prepare a Heliport in sector 151 A is likely to float this week, officials said.
The Noida authority will follow the model of the Jewar airport and provide land rights and development to private agencies for a period of 30 years after signing a concession agreement with it.
Authority officials said they were awaiting formal approval from the government-private-community-partnership evaluation committee before floating tenders.
“We have now received ahead of the government to complete the bid document and start the bidding process,” said a senior official.
“We sent all documents related to the project before the evaluation committee on October 21.” The authorities intended to offer 9.35 hectares of land to agents who were interested in the village of Cambakshpur to build Heliport.
Equity Rs 43 Crore will be asked to develop the project.
The agency must share its income with the highest authority and bidder which qualifies in the offer exercise will be selected, the official said.
The authority plans to develop a helipad with four aprons that will have a housing capacity of 10 helicopters at certain times.
Authorities expect executives and travelers who work to use helicopter services to reach Noida International Airport that will come at the Jewar International Airport and IGI in Delhi.
In addition, the shuttle service to the nearest tourist destination will also be planned.
Sharing additional details about this project, senior authority officials say that the terminal building will be planned more than 500 square meters in a way that up to 20 passengers can be directed to a take-off location at a time.
