Noida to immediately launch a housing plot scheme in sector-151

Noida: After the upcoming golf course in Sector-151, the Noida Authority will now launch a housing plot scheme of 200 plots in the newly developed sector in Noida Expressway in early August.
While the plot ranges from 250 to 450 square meters, officials have been given a July 31 deadline to launch the scheme.
Also, more than 95 flats were built for rehabilitation of JJ colonies and more economically weaker parts (EWS), will run out for allotment on July 31.
These include 79 sets of rooms in all sectors 117, 118 and 122 and 18 flats in all sectors 55, 82, 99 etc.
The above decision was taken by the Maheshwari CEO of the Noida Authority during a meeting of the Department of Residential Department Noida Authority.
“I have directed that the newly created plot scheme in sector 151 must be published for the public at the end of July,” said Maheshwari CEO.
According to Anil Kumar Singh AGM Authority Noida, more than 200 housing plots in sector 151 will be brought based on the scheme.
“Plots range from 250, 300 and 450 square meters.
The final number will be ready in about a week – 10 days and the scheme will be launched at the end of July in early August,” Singh said.
While the authority has not stated at the level of circle what will be allocated, the sources maintain it can range from Rs 40-50,000 square meters.
Furthermore, the CEO of Noida directed that all housing plots were canceled so far in other parts of the city must also be included in the scheme after verifying their feasibility.
