Noida: Two people, including the President of the Young Wing District of the Sawajwadi Party, Yuvajan Sabha, has been arrested for allegedly damaging the names of BJP officials, including CM Yogi Adityanath, on placards under the Samrat statue Mihir BHOJ in CM College PG.
President Yuvajan Sabha Deepak Nagar and worker SP Vikrant allegedly accompanied Vice President SP Nagar SP Singh Bhati and underestimated the names of CM, MP Surendra Nagar, Minister of Ashok Katariya and Dadri Mla Tejpal Nagar on Tuesday.
About 150 people were ordered under the IPC 269 section (ACT is likely to spread any disease infection which is harmful to life), 270 (malignant actions that are likely to spread any disease infection), 188 (disobedience) (disobedience to quarantine rules), 427 (damage that causes damage), section 3 laws of property damage, section 6 Special strength laws and part 3 of epidemic disease acting after the incident.
Additional DCP (Greater Noida) Vishal Pandey told Ti that Deepak Nagar and Vikrant had been arrested in connection with the case on Wednesday.
Pandey said that the raids were tracking allegedly accused, including Shyam Singh Bhati.
“They will all be arrested,” he said, adding that most of the escape.
Previously, SP had distanced itself from the action stating that Bhati did not tell party leaders and go there in the capacity of the Akhil Bharatiya Office Virt Gurjar Mahasabha office.
